WUXI HUAJING LEADFRAME CO.,LTD. is a professional company for Lead frame designing and manufacturing, which founded in 2000. We built up a producing base in Huishan district, Wuxi city, Jiangsu province, which concentration on integrated circuits, discrete devices and LED lead frame of stamping, electroplating, plastic molding production.

Factory is located in Wuxi  Luoshe town surface treatment technology park, covered 13300 ㎡, which divided into Stamping, Plating and Molding workshops. We have more then 200 staffs.

The company has a group of master precision mold design, manufacturing of high-tech talent. In the high precision mold design, and lead frame technology research, we have accumulated rich experience. 2 projects were awarded the Jiangsu province science and technology progress the three and four prize, 12 projects through the ministerial appraisal.

Company has a complete set of precision mould processing equipment, such as optical curve grinding, jig grinding machine, CNC machining centers, electrical pulse, line cutting, etc. The technical ability enjoys a high reputation in the industry.
