Environmental protection plan and improvement results of “water quality in rainwater collection pool exceeded”
2019/5/7 Environmental inspection routinely found that the water quality of our rainwater collection pool exceeded the standard. This accident was caused by inadequate management of the company and improper handling by specific operators. Immediately, we conducted a profound analysis and reflection on the causes of this problem, and immediately carried out a comprehensive rectification.
1. Establish a leading group for environmental pollution prevention and control work.
1. Team leader: Guo Chunliu (General Manager)
Responsible for the rectification of this environmental protection facility, and organize the leaders in charge to carry out timely rectification of hidden dangers and problems.
2. Deputy Team Leader: Shi Huichao (Deputy Director of Environmental Protection)
Responsible for formulating rectification plans and safety technical measures based on the problems and hidden dangers identified this time.
3. Members: Wang Wei (Technical Manager), Liao Jinhui (Technician), 祁冉 (Environmental Protection Commissioner)
Second, rectification measures
1. Further strengthen the awareness of environmental protection of managers at all levels of the company and implement them into daily work.
2, 5/8 The water entering the rainwater pipe is pumped into the plastic bucket and then treated with the company's zero-emission equipment.
3. Change the rainwater pipeline around the electroplating workshop into the Mingou open channel.
4. The water reuse system of the 5/3 zero-emission facility has been commissioned and the 5/9 zero-emission overall equipment has started to operate normally, and no waste water is generated.
5. Re-do the epoxy on the ground of the nickel-containing wastewater treatment equipment, and increase the circumference of the cofferdam by 30cm to avoid the flow of nickel-containing water to the ground.
6, 5/8 began to check all water treatment equipment every day. In addition, the rainwater collection pool management form will be added, and sampling and analysis will be carried out after 15 minutes of light rain or heavy rain. According to the analysis results, the collected rainwater will be discharged into the corresponding wastewater treatment station for treatment, and corresponding records will be made to prevent water containing heavy metals from entering. Rainwater pipe network.

All rectification funds are in place.
Fourth, the overall improvement
5/9 Our zero-emission equipment is put into use, and the integrated wastewater is no longer discharged into the public pipeline, and can be handled independently by the company's internal equipment. Rainwater pipelines and related protective measures are also fully rectified in place to ensure safe production.
